Information Exchange Workshop - May 2006
Summary
The fifth meeting of the Information Exchange took place on 8th May 2006. The guest speaker was
Ray Avards, a community care specialist from Surrey Law Centre.
Working in Partnership
The members of the group looked at a shared exhibition display to be used at conferences, as an
effective way of each information service being represented, spreading the word about the range
of services available without draining the resources of each organisation, in what can be a
duplication of effort.
A new page of web links is being put together for the AskEnid site to bring all the web resources that as a group of disability information providers we find most useful. There was a demonstration of this new page, with suggestions for additional links to included in the site.
