Information Exchange Workshop - February 2006
Summary
The fourth meeting of the Information Exchange took place on 6th February 2006.
The guest speaker, Jackie Macklin from Mary Frances Trust, spoke on mental health issues and
information work.
Development of the AskENID web site
This website provides additional information and web links to complement the 'Information for
You' leaflet produced by the Information Exchange group. SID has now applied to Awards for
All to produce a series of factsheets on 'Frequently Asked Questions' to appear on the
AskENID web pages. A survey of the top ten topics for publication was completed by those
attending the meeting. Additional suggestions for topics were welcomed.
Next Meeting
The next meeting will be on Monday 8th May at Rentwood, Fetcham, Surrey KT22 9JX. Ray Avard
from Surrey Law Centre will be our guest speaker, and the general discussion will be on
national web sites as an information resource.
