Welcome to SID
Social Information on Disability, but commonly known as ‘SID’, is a registered charity. It provides access to quality information on all aspects of living with disability, and aims to give people the information they need to live life to the full.
SID has been set up by a group of people (disabled people, professionals, volunteers …… people with passion!), who believe in the importance of sharing knowledge and information.
Our aim is to ensure that disabled people have the information they need in order to have choice and equality of opportunity in their daily lives. To achieve this we provide, support and develop information services, resources and networks.
If you want to contact SID, we'd be pleased to hear from you.
